Franchises

Oregon Revised Statute 650

The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Finance and Corporate Securities, regulates the sale of franchises in Oregon. However, Oregon law does not require that franchises be registered with the State of Oregon. The Division does not accept, and does not maintain any record of, franchisor disclosure statements or other information concerning franchises operating in this state.
